Financial visibility
Every company, project and counterparty in the group sits in one record, so leadership sees commitments, contracts and cash position side by side.
Common Swift Indonesia is part of the Common Swift platform, managed by PT Synaptech Synergy Group (SSG), a Jakarta-based venture development and strategic advisory firm.
We build and run ventures in mobility, energy, living, secure infrastructure and intelligence, and connect them through one operating platform, so each new business starts with the systems, controls and partners already in place.
Common Swift develops, structures and commercialises strategic businesses across mobility, energy, property, secure digital infrastructure and data-driven operations.
Common Swift is an integrated venture development and operating ecosystem. We work where technology, infrastructure, capital and execution meet, and where success takes more than a product.
Common Swift Indonesia is part of the Common Swift platform, managed by PT Synaptech Synergy Group (SSG), a Jakarta-based venture development and strategic advisory firm.
Every venture we take on needs the same eight things in place before it can scale:
Strategic architecture
Commercial validation
Technology coordination
Regulatory readiness
Institutional partnerships
Operating capability
Capital preparation
Long-term execution

How CIARA agents work
Agents propose. People approve.
Every agent has its own identity, role and least-privilege access.
A named person approves anything that moves money, signs a contract, changes access, deletes data or contacts someone outside.
No decision with a legal or similar effect on a person is fully automated.
An agent sees only what the person it works for may see.
Every prompt, action and result is recorded in the audit trail.

This notice explains how we handle personal data on common-swift.sbs, in line with Indonesia's Personal Data Protection Law (Law No. 27 of 2022, the “PDP Law”) and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Who we are

What we collect
When you visit, our hosting and network security providers record your IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time, in server and firewall logs.
When you send an enquiry, we receive the name, organisation, email address, topic and message you enter, with a record of your consent.
We do not set cookies, use analytics, load third-party content or build profiles about you.
Why we use it, and on what basis
Security logs keep the site available and protect it from attacks. Basis: legitimate interest (PDP Law Art. 20(2)(f); GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)).
Enquiry details are used only to reply to you and, if you ask, to take steps before a contract. Basis: your explicit consent (PDP Law Art. 20(2)(a) and Art. 22; GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)) and pre-contractual steps at your request (PDP Law Art. 20(2)(b); GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)).
How long we keep it
Security logs: no longer than 30 days, unless needed to investigate an incident. Enquiries: up to 24 months after our last exchange, then deleted. You can ask us to delete them sooner.
Who receives it
Our hosting provider and our network security provider process data on our behalf under data processing terms. We do not sell personal data or share it for advertising.
International transfers
Our providers operate internationally, so log data may be processed outside Indonesia and outside the European Economic Area. We rely on the safeguards required by PDP Law Art. 56 and GDPR Chapter V, such as standard contractual clauses.
Your rights
You can ask to access your data and receive a copy, correct it, delete it or end its processing, withdraw your consent at any time, restrict or object to processing, and receive it in a portable format. You have the right not to be subject to decisions based solely on automated processing; we make none. Under the PDP Law you may also claim compensation for violations. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that took place before.
To use a right, email info@common-swift.pro or choose “Privacy request” in the enquiry form. We may ask you to confirm your identity. We respond within the time limits the law sets, including 3 × 24 hours where the PDP Law requires it and one month under the GDPR.
This website uses encrypted connections (HTTPS with HSTS), a web application firewall, DDoS protection and strict browser security policies. It has no login, no database and no direct connection to our internal systems. If a breach affects your personal data, we will notify you and the authorities in writing within 3 × 24 hours as the PDP Law requires, and the supervisory authority within 72 hours under the GDPR.
Children
This website is not directed at people under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Complaints
Contact us first and we will work to resolve your concern. You can also complain to Indonesia's personal data protection authority or, if you are in the European Economic Area, to your local data protection authority.
