Common Swift develops and operates connected businesses in Indonesia: mobility, energy, property, trade and secure digital infrastructure, all running on one operating platform, Swift Business Systems™ (SBS).
A more connected Indonesia for a brighter tomorrow

Financial visibility
Every company, project and counterparty in the group sits in one record, so leadership sees commitments, contracts and cash position side by side.
Common Swift Group is part of the Common Swift platform, managed by PT Synaptech Synergy Group (SSG), a Jakarta-based venture development and strategic advisory firm.
We build and run ventures in mobility, energy, living, secure infrastructure and intelligence, and connect them through one operating platform, so each new business starts with the systems, controls and partners already in place.
Common Swift develops, structures and commercialises strategic businesses across mobility, energy, property, secure digital infrastructure and data-driven operations.
Common Swift is an integrated venture development and operating ecosystem. We work where technology, infrastructure, capital and execution meet, and where success takes more than a product.
Common Swift Group is part of the Common Swift platform, managed by PT Synaptech Synergy Group (SSG), a Jakarta-based venture development and strategic advisory firm.
Every venture we take on needs the same eight things in place before it can scale:
Strategic architecture
Commercial validation
Technology coordination
Regulatory readiness
Institutional partnerships
Operating capability
Capital preparation
Long-term execution
What we do
Seven capabilities, one journey
We take a venture from concept to enterprise, and keep it running once it gets there.

Find, test and shape new businesses with founders and technology principals.
Business architecture
Company structure, operating model, revenue model and governance.

Take proven technology from principals to paying customers in Indonesia.
Commercial development

Strategic partnerships
Principals, operators, distributors, institutions and government.
Regulatory and institutional readiness
Licences, certification, data protection and contracts in place before launch.
Operating platform development
Every venture runs on SBS from its first day of operation.
Assets, fleet, venues, energy sites, workflows, dispatch, maintenance and incidents. If it physically happens, Operations runs it.
Intelligence
Dashboards, forecasting, automation and AI agents built with CIARA AI.
Trust
Identity, permissions, consent records and an audit trail of who did what, under which permission.

CommerceBookings, orders, contracts and invoicing.

Integration
Connects to the systems you already run
CIARA Integrate connects SBS to ERP, CRM, databases, IoT devices, fleet telematics, energy meters, property and booking systems through one secure API.
Approved integrators receive scoped API access through our developer platform. Keys are issued only inside the protected portal.
Trips, charging sessions and maintenance flow into the Common Data Layer. Energy plans charging around the fleet, Booking sends premium trips to ARMADA LUXE™, and CIARA forecasts demand and downtime.
Domora is Common Swift's property and hospitality business. It brings property operations, hospitality and building technology together on one platform.
Golf, padel, badminton, tennis, driving ranges and pickleball.

Up to 32,500 kg for 20', 40' and 45' general purpose boxes, up to 45,000 kg for 20' and 60,000 kg for 40' flat racks. Road and rail limits are often lower: we check the full route.
Floor strength
A container floor carries a forklift with up to 5,460 kg axle load, when each wheel has at least 142 cm² of contact (ISO 1496-1).
Spread heavy loads
Keep concentrated loads below 4.8 t per running metre in a 20' and 3 t per running metre in a 40', and never above the payload.
High cube clearance
A high cube stands 2.9 m tall on its own. On a trailer, check bridges, tunnels and gates on the inland leg.
Reefer power and airflow
Reefers run on 380–460 V shore power through a 4-pole CEE 32 A plug. Stow below the red line and leave the floor channels clear.
Tank filling
Fill tanks to at least 80 % to stop dangerous surge, and never to 100 %: leave space for the liquid to expand.

MAMORI 守り · Japan’s SCS★ readiness check
Ready for Japan’s new security rating
Japan’s SCS★ supply-chain security rating opens for registration around March 2027, and large manufacturers are expected to ask their suppliers for ★3 or ★4. MAMORI checks a company’s readiness in about 10 minutes and drafts the work that follows.
FreeJapanese · English
34-question readiness check for ★3, ★4 and ransomware resilience
180-day action plan with owners and cost ranges
Draft answers to customer security checksheets, exported for Excel
Five policy and procedure drafts that ★3 asks for as evidence
MAMORI runs entirely in your browser, so nothing you enter is sent to us or anyone else. Its questions are our own readiness check based on public information about the scheme, not IPA’s official requirements, and MAMORI is not affiliated with METI or IPA.
It sets no cookies of its own, loads only one outside service (a TradingView market data strip, in an isolated frame), sends strict security headers and has no connection to our internal systems.
Agents that research, draft, monitor and propose actions for sales, operations, finance, compliance and more.

VOLARE AI · Global Workforce Intelligence
VOLARE AI links verified employer demand with qualified talent from South East Asia. It locates, verifies and pre-assesses candidates, runs a safety-focused psychometric screen and returns a ranked shortlist with a dossier for every name.
PROJECT MERIDIAN, the first programme, starts with welders for Suriname, Guyana and other approved markets.
Candidate-first: talent is verified before it is matched, and evidence is kept separate from claims.
People approve every hiring and disclosure decision.
Access by invitation: an approved email, a one-time email code and an authenticator app.
Every agent has its own identity, role and least-privilege access.
A named person approves anything that moves money, signs a contract, changes access, deletes data or contacts someone outside.
No decision with a legal or similar effect on a person is fully automated.
An agent sees only what the person it works for may see.

Privacy notice
Version 1.2, last updated 23 October 2026.
This notice explains how we handle personal data on common-swift.sbs, in line with Indonesia's Personal Data Protection Law (Law No. 27 of 2022, the “PDP Law”) and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Who we are
This website is operated for Common Swift Group by PT Synaptech Synergy Group, Infiniti Office, Arcade Business Center 6F, Jl. Pantai Indah Utara 2 Kav. C1, PIK, Jakarta 14460, Indonesia. PT Synaptech Synergy Group is the controller of personal data processed through this website. Contact: info@common-swift.pro.
What we collect
When you visit, our hosting provider, Hostinger, records your IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time, in its server and content delivery network logs.
When you send an enquiry, we receive the name, organisation, email address, topic and message you enter, with a record of your consent.
We do not set cookies, use analytics or build profiles about you. Each page shows a market data strip that your browser loads directly from TradingView. When it loads, TradingView receives your IP address, browser details and the fact that you are visiting common-swift.sbs, and may set its own cookies, under its own privacy policy. We receive no data from TradingView.
Why we use it, and on what basis
Security logs keep the site available and protect it from attacks. Basis: legitimate interest (PDP Law Art. 20(2)(f); GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)).
Enquiry details are used only to reply to you and, if you ask, to take steps before a contract. Basis: your explicit consent (PDP Law Art. 20(2)(a) and Art. 22; GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)) and pre-contractual steps at your request (PDP Law Art. 20(2)(b); GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)).
We show the market data strip as general information for visitors. Basis: legitimate interest (PDP Law Art. 20(2)(f); GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)). TradingView decides how it uses the data it receives.
How long we keep it
Security logs: no longer than 30 days, unless needed to investigate an incident. Enquiries: up to 24 months after our last exchange, then deleted. You can ask us to delete them sooner.
Who receives it
Our hosting provider, Hostinger, processes data on our behalf under data processing terms, including through its content delivery network. TradingView receives the data described above directly from your browser when the market data strip loads; it acts as an independent controller, not on our behalf. We do not sell personal data or share it for advertising.
International transfers
Our providers, and TradingView, operate internationally, so log data and the data TradingView receives may be processed outside Indonesia and outside the European Economic Area. For our providers we rely on the safeguards required by PDP Law Art. 56 and GDPR Chapter V, such as standard contractual clauses; TradingView is responsible for its own transfers.
Your rights
You can ask to access your data and receive a copy, correct it, delete it or end its processing, withdraw your consent at any time, restrict or object to processing, and receive it in a portable format. You have the right not to be subject to decisions based solely on automated processing; we make none. Under the PDP Law you may also claim compensation for violations. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that took place before.
To use a right, email info@common-swift.pro or choose “Privacy request” in the enquiry form. We may ask you to confirm your identity. We respond within the time limits the law sets, including 3 × 24 hours where the PDP Law requires it and one month under the GDPR.
This website uses encrypted connections (HTTPS with HSTS), a content delivery network with DDoS protection, server rules that refuse attack probes, and strict browser security policies. It has no login, no database and no direct connection to our internal systems. If a breach affects your personal data, we will notify you and the authorities in writing within 3 × 24 hours as the PDP Law requires, and the supervisory authority within 72 hours under the GDPR.
Children
This website is not directed at people under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Complaints
Contact us first and we will work to resolve your concern. You can also complain to Indonesia's personal data protection authority or, if you are in the European Economic Area, to your local data protection authority.
Changes
We will publish any changes here with a new version number and date.
